Cochin

The various cruises available from Allepey are to Kottayam which is 29 kilometers away and runs for 3.5 hours and to Ernakulam it is 29 kilometres and takes 8 hours. The cruise from this place to Champakulam is 16 kilometers ride and it takes 1.5 hours.
Varkala
This is around 41 kilometers from Thiruvananthapuram. The place is known for mineral springs and spa. The famous Shree Janardhana Swamy temple is around 2000 years old. The place also boasts of nature care centers which is famous with tourists.
